Halyor Home relies on the shipping methods through USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping may take up to 5 – 7 business days, based on location. Because our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation. Due to COVID constraints, there may be slight delays in production and shipping.

Halyor Home would love to fulfill large orders for any occasion. ​ For orders over 10 units, please inquire prior to purchase.

Because our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, unfortunately Halyor Home cannot offer a refund at this time. We appreciate your acknowledgment and understanding of this policy.

At Halyor Home, we take great pride in all of our candles which are custom blended, and hand poured. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged Halyor Home candle, you can opt for a store credit towards a future purchase or it may be exchanged for any other candle of equal value. In order to qualify for store credit or exchange, the candle must be in its original UNUSED and unlit state. To maximize the burn time for your Halyor Home candles, it is highly recommended to first trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch. On the first burn, allow the candle to burn long enough to create a fully melted surface of wax all the way to the edges of the tin or glass vessel. This will make sure your candle burns evenly with no tunneling. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Make sure your candle has completely cooled and solidified before lighting again. Trim your wick everytime you burn for a cooler and lower burning flame. All of these tips together will help you to acheive the longest burn for your candle.

Halyor Homes recommends utilizing a wick trimmer as it creates a nice, clean cut that maintains the integrity of the wick. Your wick should be approximately 1/4 of an inch in length prior to burning and should be trimmed to approximately 1/4 of an inch for every subsequent burn. We also recommend only trimming the wick once the candle has completely cooled, to prevent debris from falling into hot wax.

Soot is a natural occurrence for any candle. If your candle is continuously releasing soot, it may be the result of a number of things including burning your candle for too long, not trimming the burned portion of your wick before lighting again, and burning your candle in a drafty area. We suggest to blow out your candle, trim the wick nice and low when the wax has cooled, move to a low draft area and try again!

We pride ourselves on bringing you the cleanest ingredients we can source. Sustainability and ethical production are important to us. Halyor Home uses 100% Virgin Coconut Soy wax. It is one of the cleanest burning waxes you will find. Halyor Home uses fragrance oils that are pthalate free and formulated with natural essential oils. Our candles contain 10% fragrance and will produce aroma in your space even without being burned. Many candles on the market only contain 5-6% fragrance. Halyor Home also uses clean burning, 100% cotton wicks. Traditional wicks have a zinc or other metal core that can be harmful to breath in.
